With a little help from my friends

I want to write a post
But how?
I’ve put my brain to roast
Yet nothing comes out

Where did the inspiration go?
I’ve looked everywhere
But the imagination is slow
It’s not here, perhaps there

So I decided to rest
Let my thoughts get set
I hope it will work
Because as it is…
It is way too rough

So say a pray for me
Cheer that the idea will arrive
And I’ll thank you, dear
When the words arise
